These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Vega Tech LLC ("Vega Tech", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your use of our websites and games. This document does not describe how we handle personal information — that is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By opening, downloading, or playing any of our games, or by using vegatech.llc, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our games or website.

2. Services Covered

These Terms apply to:

• The website at vegatech.llc and its content;
• The free browser demos hosted on that website, currently Gem Crush and Brick Blaster;
• Arrow Escape: Nockout, our mini game distributed through the TikTok platform;
• Any game server or online service we operate to support the above, including our game API at api.vegatech.llc.

We refer to all of these together as the "Services".

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to agree to these Terms, whichever is higher, to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

Where a game is distributed through a third-party platform, that platform may set its own minimum age. You must meet that requirement as well.

4. Signing In

The browser demos on our website require no account. Arrow Escape: Nockout signs you in automatically through your TikTok account so that your progress and purchases can be restored on your next visit. We receive only an anonymous identifier from TikTok for this purpose; we never receive your TikTok password.

You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, contact us at the address in section 15.

5. Licence to Play

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play our games for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

6. Virtual Items and Coins

Our games contain virtual items such as coins, hints and tracers. You do not own these items. We grant you a limited licence to use them inside the game in which they were obtained.

• Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or anything of value outside the game.
• Virtual items cannot be sold, gifted, traded, or transferred to another player or account.
• We may change the price, availability, or in-game effect of any virtual item, or discontinue it, at any time.
• Unused virtual items are forfeited if your account is closed or if we discontinue a game, except where the law requires otherwise.

7. Purchases and Refunds

Arrow Escape: Nockout offers an optional one-time purchase that removes advertising. All payments are processed by the platform the game runs on — we never see or store your card, bank, or payment account details.

• Purchases are made with the platform's own currency or payment method, and are billed by that platform under its terms.
• Once a purchase is delivered to your account, it is final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or granted by the platform under its own refund policy.
• Refund requests must be made to the platform that took the payment. We cannot issue refunds for transactions we did not process.
• If a purchase is not delivered because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will restore it.

8. Advertising

Arrow Escape: Nockout is free to play and supported by advertising served by the host platform. Some advertisements are optional and rewarded: you choose to watch them in exchange for an in-game benefit. Others are shown between rounds.

A reward is granted only when an advertisement has been watched to the end as reported by the platform. We apply reasonable limits on how often rewarded advertisements can be claimed in order to prevent abuse. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts, modified clients, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage or to obtain virtual items you did not legitimately earn;
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or to another player's account or data;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
• Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly perform our games or their assets without our written permission;
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of the rules of the platform through which you accessed them.

10. Our Intellectual Property

The Services, including all game code, artwork, level designs, music, sound effects, text, and the names and logos of Vega Tech LLC and its games, are owned by Vega Tech LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.

11. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant us a free, perpetual, worldwide right to use them to improve our Services without any obligation to you. Please do not send us confidential information.

12. Third-Party Platforms

Where you access a game through a third-party platform such as TikTok, that platform's own terms and policies also apply to your use of it. We are not responsible for the operation of that platform, its payment systems, or its advertising. If the platform suspends or removes a game, we may be unable to continue providing it to you there.

13. Availability, Changes, and Termination

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including individual games or features, at any time. We may update a game and require you to use the updated version in order to keep playing.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if we are required to do so by law or by a platform we distribute through. You may stop using the Services at any time.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that game progress will never be lost.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vega Tech LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or virtual items. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those places, the exclusions and limits above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Material changes will be made available here before they take effect where practicable. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
