Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 17, 2026

Vega Tech LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website vegatech.llc and the games described below. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can have it deleted. The rules for using our games are set out separately in our Terms of Service.

1. Which Products This Covers

What we collect depends on which of our products you are using, so this policy treats them separately:

  • Our website and browser demos โ€” vegatech.llc, including Gem Crush and Brick Blaster. No account, no server-side player data.
  • Arrow Escape: Nockout โ€” our mini game on the TikTok platform. This one does sign you in and does keep your progress on our server.

2. The Website and Browser Demos

The browser demos on vegatech.llc do not require an account and do not send player data to us. High scores and level progress are written to your browser's local storage and stay on your device. Clearing your browser data erases them. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on the website.

3. Arrow Escape: Nockout

This game runs inside the TikTok app and needs a server so that your progress and any purchase you make are not lost when you switch devices or reinstall. The following is what it collects.

3.1 Account Identifier

When you open the game, it signs you in through TikTok in the background. TikTok gives us an anonymous identifier ("open ID") that is unique to you within this game. We use it as the key for your saved data, entitlements, and purchase records.

We do not receive or store your TikTok password, your real name, your email address, your phone number, your profile photo, your friend list, or your contacts.

3.2 Game Progress

We store your current level, coins, hints, tracers, and whether you have purchased the ad-free upgrade. This is held on our server at api.vegatech.llc and is also mirrored on your device so the game keeps working when you are offline.

3.3 Gameplay and Advertising Events

To find levels that are too hard, features nobody uses, and bugs we cannot reproduce, the game records events such as: a level being started, completed, failed or quit and how long it took; hints and other items being used; coins earned and spent; and whether a rewarded advertisement was requested, shown, completed, or failed.

These events are linked to your anonymous identifier and to a play-session number. They describe what happened in the game โ€” they do not describe what you do anywhere else, on TikTok or elsewhere.

3.4 Purchases

If you buy the ad-free upgrade, we store the order number issued by TikTok, the product bought, the amount in the platform's own currency, the order status, and the time. Payment is handled entirely by TikTok. Your card, bank, or payment account details never reach our servers.

3.5 Technical Data

Our server records ordinary request logs, which include the IP address the request came from, the time, and whether it succeeded. These logs exist to keep the service running and to investigate abuse and outages. We also record the TikTok entry point you arrived from so we can tell which channels bring players in.

4. How We Use This Information

  • To save your progress and restore it when you come back or change devices;
  • To deliver what you purchased and to recover a purchase that was interrupted;
  • To grant rewards for advertisements you chose to watch, and to stop the same reward being claimed repeatedly;
  • To measure how many people play, how long they stay, and where they get stuck, so we can improve the game;
  • To detect and prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse of our servers;
  • To answer you when you contact us for support.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Legal Bases

Where the laws of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom apply to you, we rely on: performance of a contract (saving your progress, delivering purchases); our legitimate interests (improving the game, preventing fraud and abuse, keeping the service secure); and legal obligation (keeping transaction records).

6. Who We Share It With

  • TikTok / ByteDance. The game runs inside the TikTok app. TikTok handles sign-in, payment, and the advertisements shown in the game, and collects its own data under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
  • Our hosting providers. This website is served by GoDaddy, and our game server at api.vegatech.llc runs on Alibaba Cloud. They host the infrastructure on our behalf and under our instructions, and do not use your information for their own purposes.
  • Legal requests. We may disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

7. Where Data Is Stored

This website and its browser demos are static pages served by GoDaddy; no player data is stored on them, because the demos keep everything in your own browser.

The player data described in section 3 โ€” your anonymous identifier, game progress, gameplay events, and purchase records โ€” is held on our game server and database in Singapore. If you play from another country, that information is transferred to and stored there. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is held, and we rely on contractual safeguards with our hosting provider for these transfers.

8. How Long We Keep It

  • Save data and entitlements โ€” for as long as your game account exists, so that your progress and purchases are not lost.
  • Gameplay and advertising events โ€” up to 24 months, after which they are deleted or aggregated so they can no longer be linked to you.
  • Purchase records โ€” for as long as required for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution.
  • Server request logs โ€” a short period, typically no more than 90 days.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it.

To exercise any of these rights, email fairsmoldencbit@gmail.com from the account you use for support, and tell us which game you play. Because we do not know your name or email address, we may need you to confirm your identity through the platform so we can locate the right record. We will respond within 30 days.

Deleting your data. On request we will delete your save data, entitlements, and gameplay events. Purchase records that we must keep for accounting or tax reasons will be retained, and deletion will erase your progress and any unspent virtual items, which cannot be restored afterwards.

10. Children's Privacy

Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

All traffic between the game and our server is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Access to the server and its database is restricted to the people who need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, but the information we hold is deliberately limited: an anonymous identifier, game progress, and gameplay events.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect where practicable.
